When you create a battle on Rivalmash, you are solely responsible for the images, text, and content you upload. You confirm that you own the rights to any images you upload, or that you have permission to use them. Rivalmash does not claim ownership of user-submitted content.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Rivalmash without permission, please contact us at a.natiq1988+rivalmash@gmail.com with details of the content and your ownership claim. We will review and remove infringing content promptly, typically within 24–48 hours of a valid request.
Every battle has a "Report" option. If you believe a battle violates copyright, contains inappropriate content, or is otherwise harmful, please use this feature. Our moderation team reviews all reports.
You may not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes on the rights of any third party. Rivalmash reserves the right to remove any content and ban users who violate these terms.
Rivalmash reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms, including repeated copyright infringement or abusive behavior.
Rivalmash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for user-generated content or disputes arising between users regarding content ownership.
